Fitness kickboxing

We are kickboxers

Real striking on real bags. About 800 calories an hour. No dance routine to memorize.

Our fitness kickboxing is different for a simple reason: we are kickboxers. United Martial Arts helped start the fitness kickboxing movement in the early 1990s, before Tae Bo turned the heavy bag into a television routine.

Our classes are taught by people who have been in the ring, so the stance, the hands, the kicks, and the knees are the real ones. You hit a heavy bag, not a mirror. It builds strength, conditioning, and cardio — about 800 calories an hour — without a dance routine.
